As far as group pilates classes are concerned – a class now takes place on Monday evenings at the My Body Shape studio in Woluwe Saint Lambert, and another on Thursday lunchtimes at the Accordanse dance school in the same commune of Brussels. You can join us at any time of the year!
I was recently invited by a school to offer an introduction to the pilates method, as part of the teachers’ training day. This activity was a great way to end a day together, having fun and discovering something new. It’s an excellent way to try out a method and, if you’re interested, form a group. This was the case with the school mentioned above, and a course was set up on Monday afternoons, as an extension to the working day.
Organising an activity such as pilates or feldenkrais in the workplace can be a very good solution – practical and easy to set up. We can discuss it together.
