Séance individuelle de Feldenkrais à Ixelles pour améliorer la mobilité

Have you ever tried Feldenkrais?

Feldenkrais, behind its somewhat complex name, is a gentle and calm method that invites you to explore the way you move. Do you find yourself struggling with movements that cause you pain or discomfort? Do you avoid certain movements for these very reasons? Are you unsure where to turn to find relief from these pains?

Try a group class (Thursdays at 4:45 p.m. in Ixelles – new address!) or an individual class in my studio.

I also offer Feldenkrais classes on Zoom, and I’d like to introduce you to Nelly Poyet – a mountain guide and art therapist who has been practising Feldenkrais for several years now.

‘I discovered Feldenkrais through Tara… As I’m quite athletic, I didn’t think I would benefit so much: my movements are freer, I feel more comfortable and more flexible. It’s an incredible method… I now recommend it to almost all my clients!’

Feldenkrais improves the quality of movement and, as a result, our quality of life. Contact me at contact(at)studio-taash.com

Cours de Pilates collectif Forest

It’s springtime….. and a few new things!

I’m offering two new classes at the magnificent Forest Lighthouse! The two classes take place on Thursdays, one after the other (17:30 – 18:30 and 18:30-19:30).

It’s a great opportunity to discover or rediscover one of the two techniques.

Forest Lighthouse (rue des Alliés 274, 1190 Forest) is a place for training and meetings, and many courses are given there.

I hope to see you there soon!

News

With Joëlle Regout, my Feldenkrais Method classmate, we’re launching a group class at the Dojo du Brochet. A very interesting and welcoming place where we’ll be offering ATM classes every Thursday at 5.30pm (starting this Thursday 19/09/2024).

It’s a great way to discover Feldenkrais and enjoy some time to yourself: settle down, discover your habits and movement patterns and explore other ways of moving.

See you soon!
