About Taash
I’ve loved movement ever since I was a child: dance, gymnastics and choreography led me to study contemporary dance in Croatia (ZPA Zagreb), then in France (studio Yette Resal Marseille, Epsedanse Montpellier, Centre chorégraphique national Mathilde Monnier Montpellier).
After a few years working in the European cultural programmes sector in Brussels, I returned to movement – first through Mat Pilates training (Balanced Body®) and, a few years later, Feldenkrais training (Feldenkrais™ Method Brussels I promotion).
The in-depth work of the somatic world through the Feldenkrais method opened up a multitude of possibilities in the approach to Pilates as well as in the way it is taught. The two techniques offer a more open vision of each other, complementing each other while remaining faithful to their founder and their principles.
I get a great deal of joy out of teaching both techniques: each body is a world apart, with its own history, habits and desires to do things differently.
For me, teaching is above all a world of shared learning: each person brings new knowledge and discoveries in the way they move, because they carry with them their own world, their own organisation and adaptation.
