Réduire douleurs chroniques avec le feldenkrais - Cours de feldenkrais Bruxelles

I’ve loved movement ever since I was a child: dance, gymnastics and choreography led me to study contemporary dance in Croatia (ZPA Zagreb), then in France (studio Yette Resal Marseille, Epsedanse Montpellier, Centre chorégraphique national Mathilde Monnier Montpellier).

The in-depth work of the somatic world through the Feldenkrais method opened up a multitude of possibilities in the approach to Pilates as well as in the way it is taught. The two techniques offer a more open vision of each other, complementing each other while remaining faithful to their founder and their principles.

I get a great deal of joy out of teaching both techniques: each body is a world apart, with its own history, habits and desires to do things differently.

For me, teaching is above all a world of shared learning: each person brings new knowledge and discoveries in the way they move, because they carry with them their own world, their own organisation and adaptation.

Why Choose Me as Your Instructor?

With over 10 years of teaching experience and a deep background in dance, my approach to movement is unlike any other. I’ve been passionate about movement since childhood, exploring dance, gymnastics, and choreography before formally studying contemporary dance in Croatia and France.

After working in the European cultural sector in Brussels, I returned to my true passion—movement. I’ve since trained in Mat Pilates (Balanced Body®) and Feldenkrais (Feldenkrais™ Method Brussels I promotion). The combination of these two disciplines allows me to offer a unique, holistic approach to teaching. My background in contemporary dance enriches my Pilates and Feldenkrais classes, bringing a creative and mindful dimension that sets my teaching apart.

What makes my method different?

I don’t just teach exercises—I guide you to truly understand how your body moves and how to move with greater ease and efficiency. The Feldenkrais method, in particular, has deepened my ability to help clients connect with their bodies on a somatic level, opening up a world of possibilities for growth and transformation.

Each person is unique, and I believe in tailoring my teaching to fit your individual needs. Your body has its own history, habits, and desires, and my goal is to help you discover new ways to move that feel natural and empowering. Together, we’ll explore your potential in a way that is not only effective but joyful.
